Give an hour for Earth at Fig & Maple by indulging in a curated dinner experience showcasing seasonal ingredients and a rich biodiversity of indigenous grains sourced from small, local producers. During Earth Hour — March 23, 8.30pm – 9.30pm, you can partake in this meal in a special ambience: Dining in the dark, where the flavours of the land pop and crackle on your palate. Fig & Maple walks the talk when it comes to sustainability, using sustainably sourced local produce and focussing on seasonal ingredients. Chef Radhika Khandelwal, chef-owner of Fig & Maple, strives for zero-waste in the kitchen and finds innovative ways to use each and every part of the produce.
