The simplest way to begin is to find a peaceful natural space, find a comfortable position sitting or lying down, and close your eyes. Listen to the rustle of wind, the feel of grass or sand beneath your fingers, the chirp of birds... As time passes, you’ll feel more rooted to the Earth and mindful of your environment. Now that’s a mindset that’s worth adopting!
